The Senior OEB (own exclusive brands) E-commerce and Digital Performance Manager is a strategic leader and mentor within the Brand, Content, and Digital team. As a subject matter expert in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer-centric online experiences, the role champions best practices and innovation for our own exclusive brands across Kingfisher’s banners (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama etc.) and digital platforms. The role is responsible for defining and executing the e-commerce and digital strategy for own exclusive brands, focusing on maximising visibility, findability, and growth across all digital touchpoints, including banner websites, standalone brand sites, marketplaces, social media, and internal channels. Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of the own exclusive brand digital content and e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s e-commerce and Digital Content Center of Excellence ambitions. Champion and educate peers on e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media best practices, fostering innovation and knowledge-sharing across the Brand, content and digital team. Identify strategic opportunities, build compelling cases, and lead initiatives to enhance visibility and growth across key areas, including performance marketing, retail media, marketplaces, and on-site ratings and reviews. Lead all aspects of the Social Media activities in crafting the OEB social media strategy, content calendar, and execution of paid, influencer, and creator campaigns. Partner with banners ecommerce teams, Group Digital Analytics and OEB Performance Analyst teams to ensure data-driven decisions inform strategies and deliver tangible results. Minimum Requirements

Proven experience of working in a digital, marketing or content strategy role with exposure to multiple types of channels. Experience in managing tech focused or enabled agencies. A great storyteller, extremely organised and comfortable managing, tracking and reporting on various projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Core Values
