Are you an Administrator with experience working at a Senior or Supervisory level, looking for a secure role with an established manufacturer, which is offering Monday - Friday hours with a fantastic working environment and great benefits package?

The company has been established for over 25 years, delivering innovative cooling and heating fluid solutions and associated services providing a bespoke service to over 8,000 clients. They have recently opened a new division providing specialist engineering and maintenance services, aiming to optimise performance.

You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising office functions, supervising a small team to manage documents, answer telephone calls and complete data entry, with full training available on software packages.

This company prides itself on a culture of continuous learning and investment in their staff and processes and offers an energetic and busy work environment within a professional office.

This role would suit an Administrator or similar who is looking for a stable and varied role within a company known for looking after and developing their employees.

The Role:

Supervising a small office team, including mentoring junior team members Providing high-level administrative support General administrative duties including answering phones, filing, and organising events Opportunities for further training

The Person:

Administrator with Senior / Supervisory experience Happy to work in a fully office-based role
