Senior Officer Compliance – Land & Habitat We are proud of our Island and its unique environment, and our team helps protect and enhance this by ensuring the enforcement of planning legislation. Our team manages the whole process, from investigating alleged breaches to securing acceptable outcomes and, where necessary, taking legal action to address harmful breaches of planning, building, and wildlife laws. We need someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the relevant laws and procedures and is able to utilize this knowledge when working with Islanders to resolve breaches. With broad delegated powers to authorize appropriate formal action to secure compliance in an appropriate manner, you will contribute to safeguarding the beauty and future of the Island. We are an island of constant change and continuing modernization, and we need forward-thinking, experienced individuals to help move the team forward.
