What you’ll be doing: Liaising with our national and international customers to understand their operations and how they will use our future products and services. Working with the wider Future Combat Air System team, national and international partners to define studies to quantify relevant measures of effectiveness. Leading development teams devising methods and tools used in the conduct of these studies. Leading the analysis of study output and presenting the results to inform the development and design of our products and services. Your skills and experiences: Essential: The ability to manage a small team on method development and/or study execution. Stakeholder management abilities with experience working across functional areas. Ability to apply critical thinking and take an analytical approach to complex problems. Demonstrates excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas. Hold a degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience.
