Senior Operational Compliance Analyst , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation and ongoing oversight of the Operational Compliance Framework. Working within the second line of defence, you’ll support investment guideline monitoring, manage non-financial risks, and contribute to strategic projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities Translate investment guidelines into system-based restrictions and conduct post-trade compliance checks. Collaborate with the Investment team to address compliance findings and ensure adherence to best practices. Lead the implementation and enhancement of the Operational Compliance Framework. Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives. Support operational risk management activities and proactively contribute to risk awareness across the business. Interact with key stakeholders to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and compliance excellence. What They’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience. 4–5 years of experience in a regulated financial services environment. Specialist knowledge of UCITS and experience with systems like Charles River (desirable). Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes and reducing risk. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Why Join?
