Competitive, with an attractive benefits package + EV Car Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the operations sector, focusing on enhancing relationships with key clients. Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the services provided. Track and analyze departmental issues and client complaints to identify trends and minimize recurring problems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and legal requirements to ensure departmental compliance. Supervise the approval process to guarantee timely completion. Review all incoming invoices, returning them for adjustments if necessary, and approving them when accurate. Confirm purchase order (PO) numbers before processing invoices. Create and maintain an effective payment system to ensure timely payments, avoid penalties, and coordinate with the quantity surveyor. Manage customer accounts to ensure the timely payment of outstanding balances. Work closely with other departments to verify transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Document procedures for third-party monitoring. Plan, schedule, and assess workloads to ensure targets are achieved in a cost-effective manner. Ensure that staff involved in processes are working efficiently. Oversee procurement activities and daily operations planning. Encourage collaboration across all business functions. Launch and monitor operational projects. Coordinate activities that influence operational decisions and business requirements. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in an Operations Manager role or similar (E.g., Project role). Experience in Construction / Civils or EV industry preferred.
