The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational resources to exceed Service Level Agreements and client expectations
Implement controls and measures to optimise growth and profitability
Develop and execute data-driven business plans aligned with divisional objectives

Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
Required Knowledge and Experience:
At least 5 years' relevant experience within General Insurance/Retail Broking Sector
Proven management experience influencing change and delivering operational excellence
Strong strategic focus and understanding of wider market issues
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in analysing management information and developing effective strategies
