Senior Operations Manager - Norwich

We are looking to recruit an experienced SPC manager responsible for supporting the SPC Management Teams and Supply Chain Partners with asset compliance and performance within an austerity climate. Senior Operations Manager Responsibilities

Responsible for asset compliance and performance across the region, including the CoBP and NHS PS deliverables. Manage the completion of company trackers, reports and ad-hoc information for the region. Review project finances across the region; working with finance managers and regional finance controller to monitor income and prepare regional reports. Review lifecycle obligations of each project with SPC Manager to ensure contractual compliance; assist SPC Managers with review of lifecycle works plans and budgets. Assist where necessary with the investigation of project specific issues and work with SPC Managers to develop and implement solutions. Support the completion of the obligations of the services team under the operation management contracts, including the project management and reporting of planned and reactive lifecycle activities and variations. Facilitate the preparation of statutory reports, returns statistics and financial information in line with applicable law and in accordance with the operations management contracts, and Semperian policies and procedures. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at an optimal level. Substantial PFI experience - An in-depth understanding of legal/contract issues. Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety Regulations. Good knowledge of the operation and management of PFI healthcare projects in the operational phase.
