Senior Operations Manager - Fire Protection / Fire & Security Industry
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Up to £80,000
Car Allowance: £600–£1,000 per month
Holiday: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
Lead and manage teams, including Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineers (26+), and office staff (8).
Manage P&L, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
Develop and implement strategic plans and procedures.
Set goals and KPIs to drive performance.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and supporting scaling the business from £5m to its ambitious £8m target by 2026. For the right candidate, this position offers progression into a Commercial Director role.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Senior Operations Management within a Fire Protection/Fire & Security company.
Strong commercial acumen and technical expertise across various Fire Detection systems and Passive Fire.
Proven ability to manage and lead large teams and projects.
Hands-on approach to reviewing, improving, and implementing processes.
