vServices Ltd is looking for a lead graphic designer. The desired candidate will be responsible for supervising the work of other graphic designers and managing complete team co-ordination for execution of fresh designs. He/She will be required to continuously interact with clients to determine their needs and to communicate client ideas to other team members.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree Experience:
4-5 years in Graphics industry Key Responsibilities
Create original designs for brands that match client requirements and brand image. Supervise all graphic design projects in a timely manner with the best possible results. Manage material and other resources delivery for projects in a cost-effective and time-effective manner with complete focus on total quality management and proper allocation. Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, needed for record keeping and referencing. Design product marketing campaigns using emails, microsites, and other landing pages to help our clients improve their customer interaction. Co-ordinate with other members of graphic design teams to ensure maximized creativity and efficient performance and delivery of projects. Supervise and mentor design staff on project execution, and submit performance reports on assigned projects to the executives for appraisal. Competencies
Creative with the ability to make top-notch designs from scratch. Good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media, and color theory. Good information finding skills. Competent in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design software programs. Ability to demonstrate multitasking skills in a limited time framework. Good managerial skills to co-ordinate with and keep team members on the same page.
