Role : Senior or Principal Regulation Engineer
Location : Birmingham
Salary : Senior level: £45,000-£55,000, Principal level: £55,000-£65,000
Onsite working is 4 days, 1 day from home
About the Role
This position involves providing strategic analysis of regulations in global markets and delivering regular status updates.
Requirements
BS/MS or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of three years' R&D experience in relevant industries.
Strong understanding of automotive regulations worldwide.
Experience with regulation trend analysis and vehicle homologation processes.
Automotive industry experience is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of the global automotive regulations landscape.
Deliver regular reports on key regulation trends, particularly in Europe.
Support the development of overseas marketing strategies.
Assist in creating products suitable for international markets.
Collaborate with headquarters and regional organizations involved in homologation.
Research new standards, regulations, and market-specific requirements.
Represent the company in the UK and potentially the EU on regulation-related matters.
Other Features
Based primarily at Birmingham Business Park.
Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
