Senior or Principal Structural Engineer Wirral, Merseyside £45,000 - £55,000 An independent Structural Engineering consultancy on the Wirral is looking for a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to join their team of around 10 in a permanent staff capacity. The company is relatively recently established and moved into their new office in Birkenhead earlier in 2024, providing a strong base to service their clients and projects. The current team is around 10 staff strong, split between Structural and Civil Engineers. The Structural team is slightly larger than their Civils, and the company works primarily on Residential (both housing developments and multi-storey projects) and Commercial projects. They also operate a hybrid and flexible-working policy that is typically a 50/50 split between home and the office. The right Senior or Principal Structural Engineer will have: Experience of designing using the main structural materials A track record of having worked on a variety of building structures projects A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills A strong background in software analysis and a high level of technical skills.
