As an Oracle Cloud Reporting Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering robust reporting solutions for Oracle ERP/PPM and HCM Cloud. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams. In addition, you will lead and oversee the development and delivery of reporting solutions that meet client requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for: Leading and overseeing reporting workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality reporting solutions. Creating, designing and developing Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, and custom reporting frameworks. Extracting and transforming data using Oracle tools, such as BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and FBDI/HDL file-based data processes. Collaborating with clients to understand their reporting needs, translating them into actionable technical solutions. Creating and developing technical specifications and managing the delivery of reporting artefacts in a Fusion Cloud environment. Overseeing and providing hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support for reporting components. Ensuring reporting solutions align with best practices for Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud reporting and data extraction. Leading, mentoring and supporting team members to improve their technical expertise in Oracle Cloud reporting. Qualifications

You will have: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS and associated data extraction methods. A solid understanding of data models in Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud environments. Experience in managing reporting streams in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations. Strong SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and XSLT skills for customising and enhancing reporting solutions. Proficiency in creating, uploading, and managing data files using FBDI and HDL. Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality reporting solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting issues in Oracle Cloud environments. Strong consultancy skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders. Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customisations. Completed development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners aligning to best practices. Experience documenting and managing technical specifications and software packages. Experience managing project deliverables and meeting project deadlines. Excellent planning skills, and be comfortable with estimating and preparing delivery plans and executing them and have experience in motivating a team to deliver to deadlines. A track record in building and developing teams, working with a mix of skillsets across geographic locations. Preferred Skills: You will have: Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to extract and integrate data. Familiarity with software design lifecycle methodologies (AIMS/OUM). Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for advanced analytics and dashboard creation. Experience with FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) or FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse). Additional Information
