This role will have a split base between the Denmark Hill Site and The Princess Royal Hospital. Candidates need to be able to attend both sites on a regular basis. Main duties of the job
The Senior OD Practitioner will work alongside the Head of Organisational Development & Leadership and Deputy Director, in the development and delivery of a targeted OD Partnering service to our Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) and South Sites. They will support the care groups and their leadership teams to deliver our BOLD strategy and Trust People & Culture Plan. Organisational Development (PRUH & South Sites)
Build, embed and maintain strong relationships with care group triumvirate leadership teams. Work closely with HR/People Business Partners to ensure holistic People support. Influence senior management during complex change. Design and deliver impactful OD interventions and programmes. Be a key contributing member of a high performing OD team. Support care groups to meet their actions from their annual staff survey responses. Ensure monthly reporting of OD Partnering is submitted and all interventions are evaluated. Lead and work in partnership with national OD organisations. Coaching & Mentoring
Develop and lead a coaching & mentoring culture. Deliver on key areas in the Trust’s People & Culture Plan. Develop resources to support managers and staff. Be a lead facilitator for coaching & mentoring workshops. Develop a pool of internal coaches and mentors. General

Educated to degree level or holder of equivalent professional qualification. Master’s degree or equivalent level of experience. Accredited qualification in Coaching and/or Mentoring. Member of CIPD, BPS or equivalent. Knowledge & experience
Significant experience of developing and implementing large scale OD interventions. Experience of building effective relationships with leaders and managers.
