In this role as a Senior OutSystems Support Engineer, you will support the OutSystems platforms and join the Managed Services team. The support role will include extended development run in an agile framework as needed. In support of our expanding global customer base and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to strengthen our technical capability within the organisation. To support this projected growth we want to attract talented OutSystems Engineers who will become key contributors to our OutSystems teams. Qualifications
Essential 4+ years of software development experience Excellent communication skills, ability to clarify any technical or business requirements when needed Willingness to upskill and grow to pursue a career working on a low code platform The ability to pro-actively pick up tasks and deliver against estimates. Good problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug problems Ability to work as part of a team, with daily collaboration with other engineers and members of the scrum team Ability to work closely with a customer helping to build trust and deliver against their needs. Ability to operate well under a variety of different situations and types of projects. Advantageous Criteria: Experience in robust testing and release management. Experience in Cloud development or support Experience with Devops Agile Scrum Methodology ITIL certified Full Stack development Additional Information
