Senior Personal Assistant – West End Investment Properties Location:

London, West End Role Purpose

To provide highly efficient PA support to the West End Investment Properties Team including the team head. This role will be working with a team of fee earners, ranging in seniority. From time to time they may be required to assist other members of the wider department. Key Responsibilities

Extensive diary management with an understanding of the team’s priorities – pro-actively manage the teams’ busy diaries, arranging both internal and client meetings, lunches and dinners. Booking meeting rooms. Arranging domestic & international travel via our travel company. Arranging hotels and visas. Producing detailed itineraries. Creation of PowerPoint presentations from scratch to a high standard. Amending and formatting reports. Using CBRE’s finance systems to raise new projects and invoices. Undertaking revenue recognition submissions to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner. Assisting with the creation of pitches and maintain team’s pitch schedule. Processing expense claims. Full management of e-filing. Organise internal and client events both onsite and offsite. Carrying out conflict of interest checks and anti-money laundering checks. Collation and distribution of external client publications using an internal marketing tool. Person Specification/Requirements

Relevant PA experience. Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage workload. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint). Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a wider team. Discretion and sensitivity around confidentiality. Adaptable - Able to manage the team’s changing priorities. Working at CBRE
