• Leading the full lifecycle of construction packages, from design coordination through to handover.
• Managing subcontractors to achieve programme milestones, quality expectations, and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinating design, site, and commercial interfaces to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitoring progress against programme, identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure quality standards are met, embedding a right first time approach in delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong track record delivering complex construction or infrastructure packages.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality excellence Onsite.
