Role Purpose

Level - Experienced Professional Department - Marketing Working Pattern - 37.5 hours per week Location - Ruddington, Nottinghamshire We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior PPC Manager to lead our global paid advertising initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving targeted traffic and generating high-quality leads. You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search, display, and review site campaigns across various platforms. By collaborating closely with central and regional marketing teams, content creators, and product marketers, you will ensure effective budget management and high performance of paid growth initiatives on a global scale. Responsibilities

PPC Strategy Development -

Develop and execute PPC strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Create campaigns tailored to generating qualified leads for industries and continuously refine keyword strategies to enhance audience targeting and maximize ROAS.

Campaign Execution & Management - Set up, monitor, and optimize paid search and display campaigns to ensure alignment with marketing objectives. Perform regular bid management, audience segmentation, and budget optimization. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization - Track, analyze, and report on key PPC metrics, including impressions, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and CPA. Use insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics and SEMrush to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare monthly performance reports to inform stakeholders and refine strategy.

Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis -

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms aligned with business goals. Monitor competitor activity in paid search to identify opportunities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Stay updated on industry advancements to apply cutting-edge PPC practices.

Landing Page Optimization -

Collaborate with web development, content, and design teams to create and test PPC-specific landing pages tailored to campaigns and audience segments. Implement optimizations to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.

Budget Management -

Plan, allocate, and optimize PPC budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend. Use historical data and market trends to forecast PPC spending and performance, aligning budgets with business objectives.

Skills and Experience

Experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments. Proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns focused on lead generation. Proficiency in PPC platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. Experience in keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation. Strong project management skills, adept at handling multiple campaigns and deadlines. Previous experience in the EHS, QMS, Collaboration, ARC, or Compliance sectors is highly desirable. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. About Ideagen
