My client is a fast growing MedTech company changing people's lives globally whose legal team is looking for a Senior Paralegal. In this role you will be a key member of the legal team acting as the main point of contact between a variety of departments and stakeholders. We are looking for an ambitious paralegal with a solution oriented can-do attitude paired with extreme ownership of business-critical tasks and the ability to keep track of multiple goals differing on priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve a wide range of activities including supporting the board of directors, governance, supporting financing activities and contracts drafting and help in coordination of the legal team. You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. Facilitate the communication with internal departments. Management of the legal inbox, including allocating requests and workflow tasks from Contract Lifecycle. Management of corporate projects, including tracking, coordination with multiple inside and outside stakeholders, follow-up and reporting. Corporate governance and entity management activities including relevant registrations, filings and signed documents. Under the supervision of qualified lawyers, organize and review legal documents. Support the legal team with administrative tasks in the areas of commercial transactions, employment law and litigation. Partner and coordinate with internal resources and outside vendor services. Assist in tracking and monitoring of legal spend, undertake administrative tasks such as processing invoices and purchase orders, setting up legal tracker matters, checking on payment status. Arrange meetings/calls and provide administrative support (e.g. booking travel, ordering stationery, processing expenses) as required. Take on projects as requested by Chief Legal Officer and Deputy GC. Assisting with the Legal Department's workload where required. Providing administrative support to the team’s lawyers including filing, maintaining records and databases, typing of documents, diary management, booking travel arrangements, co-ordinating messages and meetings. Scheduling transaction calls and meetings. Updating document lists, action logs and timetables. Preparing corporate authorities/board minutes and creating officer certificates. Arranging board signings - preparing signature packs, liaising with directors and their offices on signatures, creating final documents. Handle additional projects as assigned. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or BA), Graduate Diploma in Law, or other comparable qualification in paralegal studies. Previous paralegal experience, or equivalent with an in-house legal team. Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and ability to manage a schedule with competing priorities. Ability to work under time pressure independently, as well as part of a team. Familiarity with Docusign, contract lifecycle management systems, procurement platforms, purchase order issuance/process, and online project management tools. Proficiency in MS Word and document editing/comparison applications; MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications; MS PowerPoint and presentation applications. Familiarity with working internationally and in a fast-paced commercial environment. Ability to manage processes, directing stakeholders appropriately whilst remaining adaptable to different circumstances. What you can expect:
