Why join us?: DWF LLP is seeking to recruit a Senior Paralegal with experience in litigated defender personal injury work to join the nationally recognised insurance team, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Responsibilities:

As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload for insurers, with a focus on defending litigated personal injury claims. You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates to support the progression of their cases, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This includes drafting legal documents and instructions to experts, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail in all written work. Additionally, you will liaise with clients and key stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and ensure smooth case progression. A key part of the role will also involve conducting thorough research to support legal strategies and case development. What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential Experience working on high-value Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. Strong communication skills. High attention to detail. Desirable Background in working within a busy commercial environment. Experience in handling personal injury litigation (pursuer or defender). What we offer?
