In this FULLY EMPLOYED position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale. Support
This is Not A Self Employed Position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include support from our learning and development team, a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology, and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally. You will value and convert market appraisal opportunities, oversee the instructions to completion, and utilize the nearby hub office for sales negotiation and admin support. Requirements
We are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of Estate Agency experience who want the opportunity and responsibility to run their own area in an employed environment while enjoying the flexibility of working from home and in an office. Compensation
£50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings £20,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience Three months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline, followed by a 'business builder' scheme.
