We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated individual to join our talented Growth Marketing team as a Senior Partnerships Manager. You will play a crucial role in scaling the Affiliate programme globally to acquire more customers. Additionally, you will be supporting a technical migration and proactively deliver process optimisations to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with departments such as Marketing Analytics, Product, Creative, Content and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

Researching, onboarding and managing global and profitable Affiliate partnerships to actively increase acquisition of new clients

Supporting the migration to a new partnership technology alongside the Product and Integrations team Partnerships Lead and Head of Marketing Partnerships

Supporting the optimisation and documentation of processes to create greater efficiencies and effectiveness for Partnership channels

Ongoing analysis and monthly reporting of partner performance

Developing conversion rate optimisation strategies for Affiliate partners supported by the Marketing Analytics and Content and Creative team

Consulting and supporting on the optimisation of referral marketing schemes globally

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in Partnerships (Affiliates, Influencers, Brand Partnerships and or Referral Marketing)

Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing

Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment

An effective multi-tasker who can work on multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working with marketing tools such as Cellxpert, Impact.com, Appsflyer, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs

Results driven and proactive

Strong data management and reporting skills

Comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility

Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to C+ or above in CEFR)

Preferred but not essentials:

Experience working in a regulated industry, financial services preferred

Experience working on martech migrations

Experience working in a matrix organisation

Experience working in a global team

Foreign languages
