Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Identifying spare parts requirements in-store, over the phone, and via email using online parts systems. Order Management:
Processing sales orders and invoices through the Dealer Management System. Returns Coordination:
Organising part returns within deadlines and coordinating with couriers. Stock Management:
Assisting with rolling stock-taking programs, ensuring correct stock locations, and pre-picking parts. Goods Handling:
Receiving, checking, and storing supplier deliveries while reporting shortages or damaged stock. Housekeeping & Safety:
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and previous experience within the agricultural industry.
