We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated

Senior Payroll Lead

to join our dynamic Payroll team. As the Senior Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and managing a team of payroll professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

What's your mission:

Oversee the Local Payroll Cycle

ensuring that timesheets & variable information (absences, overtime, bonus, benefits, etc) are validated by the management teams and accurately processed within the payroll cycle timelines. Review Local Payroll Processes

to ensure they are complete, compliant and efficient, identify any risks, gaps or inefficiencies, proposing solutions where needed and overseeing their implementation once agreed with internal stakeholders. Provide all Wage Garnishment

and judicial retention received from the proper authorities to the Payroll supplier. Ensure that Health Insurance and Tax payroll data is up to date and provided to the Payroll external supplier as needed. Manage a Small Team

of Payroll professionals ensuring engagement and efficiency while empowering them to grow professionally through career development and regular 121s. Collaborate with the Head of HR Operations

to produce regular reporting, strategy planning and other key Payroll Management activities including Payroll budget for both cost of sales and overhead staff.

Requirements

What do we look for: Fluent in Slovak and English , both in verbal and written communication skills. High knowledge of Payroll local legislation and regulations

as well as Payroll related topics including Social Security and Company costs under the Slovak law. Experienced in managing the payroll cycle

under shift patterns and/or in a contact centre environment. Extensive working knowledge of in-house payroll systems & time and attendance tools. Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes. Ability to motivate , engage and develop a small team of Payroll professionals. Ability to influence , leading both team members and key stakeholders through processes & improvements. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Personal efficiency , strong organisational skills, being able to prioritise effectively & work successfully under deadlines. A proactive mindset

to support process improvements.

Full-Time (40 hours per week). Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Competitive base salary starting from €2,000 gross per month

(dependent on experience) in addition to: 6,23€/day meal voucher

per working day. Commuting allowance of 50€ per month

(€ 600 per annum). Fully paid office-based training that optimally prepares you for your job. Paid 5 extra days

(personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences. Hybrid working model

in an outstanding work location and facilities in our

brand-new offices in Bratislava.
