About the Role: As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will: Adhere to best practice procedures in all aspects of pensions administration. Develop trusting and credible partnerships with clients. Oversee the management of monthly and annual processes. Monitor accuracy, performance, and SLAs for the team. Handle complex pensions queries and perform manual benefits calculations. Mentor and support junior team members. Participate in client meetings and manage ad hoc projects.

Your Profile: Previous experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration. Knowledge of current pensions legislation and framework. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
