About Our Client
This is a well known organisation based in Welwyn Garden City - due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. DB Pensions experience is required in order to be considered for this role.
Job Description
Manage daily pension scheme activities
Provide high-quality customer service to employees regarding their pensions
Maintain up-to-date and accurate pension records
Ensure compliance with pension regulations and laws
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on pension-related matters
Conduct regular reviews and audits of pension schemes
Assist in the development of pension scheme policies
Provide informative and educational pension briefings to employees
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Pensions Administrator should have:
A strong understanding of pension regulations (DB Pensions experience is necessary)
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
The ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
