Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in employee relations? Do you have a passion for partnering with leaders to drive positive change and foster an engaging workplace culture? If so, we want you to join our People & Organisational Development team as a Senior People Business Partner – Employee Relations.
The role is full time working 40 hours per week on an initial 9-month fixed term contract, working remotely (within the UK).
As our Senior People Business Partner, you will:
Act as the go-to expert for complex employee relations matters, advising on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with corporate departments, providing strategic and operational HR support.
Lead the development and implementation of people policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with organisational goals.
Facilitate training and coaching for managers to upskill their knowledge of employee relations.
Support the delivery of key change programmes and strategic initiatives.
Is this you?:
We are looking for a confident and collaborative professional with deep expertise in employee relations.
CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) with Associate or Chartered Membership status.
Significant recent experience in a senior employee relations advisory role, with expertise in employment legislation and managing complex ER cases and processes including TUPE.
Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage challenging conversations.
In-depth understanding of employment law and its practical application.
