Bicester, GB, OX26 6WD Full Time Senior People Business Partner - Hybrid Role - Office in Bicester Village 3 - 4 times per week Something Extraordinary Every Day As our Senior People Business Partner, you will be adding value as a strategic, commercial business partner to the designated Bicester Village teams. You will be coaching people leaders to raise the bar, focusing on talent development and growth, whilst ensuring our colleagues perform at their best every day. What you will be doing Proactively support the success of the ongoing performance management process to drive a high performing culture throughout the Bicester Village teams Develop and deliver against the strategic resource plan in partnership with the hiring managers Consider external best practice, leverage internal innovation and creative ideas to deliver an improved people service Be the expert of employee relations practice and issues across jurisdiction Work in close collaboration with all People Teams at Central level, to ensure that our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do Build your commercial awareness, so you can proactively understand and deliver against the needs of the business Nurture respectful relationships and embrace diversity of voices What makes you special Experience in a similar People / HR role in a matrix, international organisation Experience in coaching and guiding all line managers to grow their people providing world-class, best practice leadership to their respective teams Impactful communication style and interpersonal skills Ability to influence line managers and facilitate change management Demonstrate a high level of empathy, self-awareness and resilience Why we’re exceptional The key to our success is the quality and commitment of our people.
