As a Senior Performance Analyst, your primary focus will be to analyse, design, manage, and optimise sales performance strategies, tools, and processes. Drive growth in Sales for both Gas and Electric by identifying key KPIs and sales metrics. Develop growth strategies using data insights, automation, and technology to minimise administrative and operational workloads in Sales and Delivery. Enhance process efficiency by reducing lead times and optimising FTE allocation to tasks. Identify opportunities for improvement, create and define new processes, and produce detailed process maps. Support investment cases for new initiatives and projects to improve the customer journey and industry performance, balancing risk and cost considerations. Analyse large datasets and summarise findings into clear, actionable conclusions. Review manual processes and reengineer them into scalable, automated, or standardised solutions through process improvement techniques. Secure buy-in and engagement for performance improvement initiatives from senior leaders, customers, and regulators. Have you got a thorough understanding of the energy industry and experience in the commercial and regulatory environment? We're looking for someone with experience operating in a similar role at this level and a track record of delivering successful business change. You'll have strong analytical skills and will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to a wide range of senior stakeholders, actively engaging leaders to impact decision making.
