About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, hands-on Performance Marketing professional, with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth to manage our US & Canada markets. You’ll have ownership & accountability of large accounts covering over 100 categories with multi-million dollar advertising budgets and work alongside our talented team in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This role will involve big picture, strategic thinking, as well as hands-on, granular campaign optimisation. On top of driving profitable growth via existing channels & campaigns, you will identify, produce business cases for, test and implement additional growth opportunities that enable Bark to scale up across new marketing channels and categories. You will keep up to date with the latest marketing technology & tools (including automation & AI) and prioritise implementing those which have the greatest commercial & operational impact. You will collaborate with CRM, content and other teams across the business to help take Bark’s performance marketing efforts to the next level. We hire smart people, so be prepared to both bring new ideas to the table, and learn from the experienced members of the business. Lastly as the transition from searching in Google, to chatting with AI agents unfolds, this role needs to stay abreast of the changing landscape and ensure that Bark is always best positioning to leverage the new opportunities being created through AI Responsibilities Full ownership & accountability of national marketing budgets and P&L. Using annual marketing budgets of over $40m to drive profitable incremental business growth across performance marketing channels

Work closely with the regional General Manager, Sales & Commercial Strategy teams to drive profitable growth across existing & new categories Optimise & continuously look for opportunities scale up existing performance marketing channels (primarily Google) Continuous test & learn: identify commercial opportunities, prioritise & execute initiatives for testing. Subsequently report back on outcomes & recommend next steps for iteration or scaling up Budgeting, forecasting, reporting performance and actions to senior leadership

Cross functional collaboration with other teams to drive profitable, long term business growth - CRM, Marketing Strategy & Planning, sales & commercial functions, analytics, product & engineering. For example: Supporting development of:

Marketing audience strategy to maximise incremental lifetime value of Buyers & Sellers (remarketing, cross-sell etc.) Dashboards & tools to help make better commercial decisions Product changes to improve Buyer & Seller experiences & outcomes, and commercial outcomes for Bark

Required Skills and Experience Experienced Performance Marketer:

5+ years of hands-on experience managing large US-based PPC accounts Expert knowledge of Google ads and Bing ads Some Facebook ads experience

Analytical expertise:

Makes data-driven decisions & recommendations, and communicates clearly to stakeholders of different levels of seniority Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and experience using Tableau (or equivalent platforms)

Entrepreneurial spirit:

Always on the look out for innovative commercial opportunities, and follows through with planning, execution, reporting of findings and recommendations for next steps
