In this role, you will report to the Marketing Director and have ownership of performance media, CRM, and affiliate marketing for the Europe cluster with the support of 3 direct reports and our in-house digital agency. You will be an expert in the field responsible for shaping and delivering the strategy driving brand awareness and consideration, ultimately delivering ecommerce (and retail) sales. What will you do Working closely with the in-house digital agency to oversee development, delivery, optimisation, and performance of paid activity including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display which delivers strong ROI against agreed targets and business goals. Work closely with local ecommerce teams tracking sales performance and identifying opportunities and risks, adapting performance plans accordingly. Lead and develop the CRM strategy for the cluster partnering with the global CRM team to optimise segmentation, lifecycle programmes, and reporting ultimately improving performance. Own the affiliate marketing programme driving qualitative traffic to websites, adapting to different market needs as required. Support e-tail team in driving performance in online accounts including Amazon and Shop Direct. Drive thorough test and learn initiatives to optimise campaign performance ensuring your budget of c. € is allocated and spent efficiently across each market and channel. Identify opportunities to further develop solutions for your marketing channels, including improvements to current processes and ways of working. What you will bring to the table You are an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and data-driven performance marketing manager with 10+ years of experience in a broad digital role and at least 3 at management level. With a proven track record of delivering results, you have an in-depth understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, affiliate marketing, and CRM. You will need a hands-on approach and have the ability to manage a number of stakeholders. You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
