Handle purchases, orders, and returns, keeping meticulous records. Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery. Administrative Excellence:
Maintain up-to-date records for healthcare, travel, and household operations. Oversee the household handbook and ensure budgets are meticulously managed. Ad-hoc Duties:
Run errands and manage special projects, such as refurbishments or bespoke requests. Requirements: Proven experience as a PA in an UHNW household, ideally with 6+ years in a senior role. A polished, personable, and highly adaptable professional. Exceptional communication, organizational, and IT skills, including social media fluency. Discretion, dedication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a team-focused environment. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, responsive out of hours for urgent matters. Compensation:
