Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPHC Holds ACPT or must be working towards Desirable criteria

Qualified D32 / D33 or NVQ Assessor 4 years relevant pharmaceutical experience HEE Medicines Optimisation certificate / equivalent Experience Essential criteria

Significant and proven post qualification experience in hospital pharmacy Proven ward based experience (minimum six months or more) Education and Training of Pharmacy Staff Supervision of Staff Dispensing experience including patient counselling Desirable criteria

Knowledge of JAC computer system Working in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of CRS Millennium Knowledge and Understanding Essential criteria

Understanding of a range of work procedures and current practices in relation to job role Developing, structuring and scheduling plans or relevant experience Knowledge of CPD Good knowledge of stock control Desirable criteria

Knowledge of NVQ and accreditation systems Knowledge of regulations, legislations and GPhC standards of practice for pharmacy professionals Undertaken role of Practice Supervisor / Line Manager Skills and Abilities Essential criteria

Excellent interpersonal skills Good written / verbal communication skills Good organisation and time-management skills Staff supervisory experience Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Excel / Word & Powerpoint Desirable criteria

Presentation Skills Involvement in project work including audit analysis / drug ordering patterns and stock issue problems Other Essential criteria

Motivated / Confident / Enthusiastic / Self Starter Meet deadlines consistently Prioritise own work and delegate to others Role model and Team Player Empathy and sensitive to patient needs Desirable criteria
