experienced and driven Senior Philanthropy Manager

to join our dynamic Fundraising Team. This critical role will support the charity’s mission by leading efforts to generate sustainable income for vital care services provided to individuals and families across south east London. Responsible for cultivating major donors, developing corporate partnerships, and maximising trusts income, this role contributes directly to 30% of the team’s income goals. The role includes: Building and managing high-value relationships with major donors, corporations, and trusts. Developing a comprehensive philanthropy strategy for long-term growth. Leading a talented team of fundraising professionals. Driving innovation through data insights to shape and enhance fundraising efforts. You will have: Significant experience in philanthropic giving and a strong track record of securing high-value donations. Exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication and leadership skills.
