Degree in Physiotherapy with current HCPC registration State registration Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio including attendance at recent postgraduate courses relevant to the clinical fields in rotations. Evidence of on-call competencies Evidence of a broad clinical background Desirable Criteria

Membership of C.S.P. Involvement with special Clinical Interest Group Skills and Knowledge Essential Criteria

Clinical reasoning skills Clinical Audit Understanding of clinical governance and its implications for services including experience of quality issues and audit. Ability to comprehend and work within the Trust's policies of data protection, equal opportunities, and health and safety and meet the differing needs of patients. Desirable Criteria

Broad clinical experience as a band 5/ band 6 demonstrating knowledge in out-patients, Medicine, Respiratory, Elderly Rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, and cardiac rehabilitation. Experience of working as part of a physiotherapy team and multidisciplinary team. Student or Physiotherapy Assistant supervision. Contributing to clinical education of less experienced staff or students or assistants. Able to cope working in a stressful environment and with emotional or aggressive patients and carers. Able to cope with frequent contact with body odours, wound care, and occasional sputum and other body fluids.
