Due to my client continuing to grow, they are now looking for a
Senior Planner
to join their Pre-Construction team. The projects that you will be involved in will be working on the multi-utility and rail works, specifically on Thames Water, UKPN, and Rail infrastructure projects. This role offers great progression routes through the company, with a view to running your own Planning team. You will be working on the power side of the business, looking after a long-term contract for SSWE, where types of works include substations and cable routes. On top of standard planning activities, my client is looking for someone who can assist in the compilation of pricing clarifications for inclusion with tender submissions. You must have experience working for a well-known utility contractor or rail contractor. The successful candidate will also be involved in planning activities in line with tender and contract requirements, liaising with management and engineers to review the progress of construction projects and address issues. The software you will be using will be Microsoft and P6. The role will be based in their head office in Borehamwood, but can also be based out of the office in Slough and will include site visits into London. Requirements
