Job Description Lead and manage the planning and scheduling process for construction projects. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in conjunction with project teams. Monitor and report on project progress and schedule status. Identify and manage potential schedule risks and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedule and objectives. Provide input into project strategy and planning sessions. Support the project team in the implementation of planning best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Planner should have: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry. Proficiency with planning software such as Asta, Primavera P6 or MS Project. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
