Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to join a well-established Planning & Development Consultancy. Our client has a strong reputation in providing planning and development consultancy across the Midlands and is currently looking to grow the team size in their Derbyshire office. Working out of a Derby team, you will provide services in Strategic and Development planning to private sector clients located across the Midlands. The majority of our client’s work is focused around the commercial and residential sectors; therefore, applicants with a working knowledge in this area would be favorable. This will ideally be demonstrated with at least 5 years of professional planning experience (public or private sector suitable). A full, clean UK driving licence and RTPI membership will also be expected. Our client is looking to promote CPD within the business; therefore, this post would particularly suit Senior Planners with the ambition to grow their own network and develop into a Principal/Associate Planner within the organization.
