What we're looking for: * Experience in a planning role (local government, consultancy, or the development industry). * A relevant planning qualification (or working towards one). * Membership with RTPI (or working towards). * Strong understanding of the planning process and systems. * Exceptional writing and communication skills, with high attention to detail. * A team-player mindset with drive, enthusiasm, and excellent time-management skills.
