They should also be eager to reinvent and challenge conventions and have a knack for identifying creative opportunities in unexpected or overlooked places. This is the agency’s most global client – their business is unusually central to all of our lives and therefore extremely topical and newsworthy, so candidates should demonstrate a keen interest and literacy in current affairs, commerce and politics. Good presentation skills will be key given the need to present regularly to senior clients and stakeholders, and they should also be comfortable conducting fact-finding interviews with non-marketing, technical experts. Experience in product advertising, especially technical products, and some B2B experience would be helpful, but isn't essential. They should be unprecious, motivated, and work well by themselves but also as part of a team. Work from home policy Three fixed days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two from home.
