Lead consultancy projects to develop strategies and delivery plans for managing and developing rural land and property for rural enterprise Conduct research, compile evidence, and appraise findings to provide informed advice to clients Oversee project delivery, including leading multi-disciplinary teams, conducting analysis, and producing high-quality reports and presentations Manage projects, either as a leader or team member, ensuring timely and effective execution Build and maintain client relationships, handle enquiries, and identify business development opportunities Required Skills & Experience
Chartered Town Planner Degree qualified in Town Planning or similar Proven experience in private practice consultancy Experience working on rural projects, estates, and land Client-facing and business development experience Strategic approach to planning related matters What you get back
