Senior Planner

£65,000-£80,000 & Enhanced benefits package
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting a Senior Planner to join a Tier 1 contractor to manage the Pre-construction & Construction Delivery Teams to offer planning expertise on multiple projects. Ideally you will be based in either Devon or Cornwall as our client has projects starting in both regions so your location can be flexible.
Responsibilities:
Produce fully integrated programmes incorporating all disciplines Production & monitoring of tender event schedule Developing information for tender settlements including benchmarking Liaising with sub-contractors Attending regular site visits Requirements:
Have construction planning experience gained within the main contractor environment. You have a solid history of working on build tenders and live projects between £5M - £100M+ in value. You are an experienced user of Asta Powerproject software. Able to use Bluebeam (or similar) for take off's, logistic plans etc. You have strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning. Experience in developing claims / CE's.
