My client is a c. 20m t/o construction main contractor who specializes in projects for both public and private sector clients.
Projects may include education (schools and universities), commercial, social housing and residential D&B, NHS and Care Homes projects.
Projects range between 2-8m in value.
Privately owned friendly collaborative team established for c20 years.
Financially secure with a busy pipeline of contracts.
Employee friendly, supportive of career growth, with a low staff turnover.
Role Requirements
Min 5 years experience as a Planner or Senior Planner.
Stable career history (i.e. not changing jobs every year) to demonstrate commitment to employers.
New Build/Refurb or Fit Out experience preferred - not housing developers.
Be able to travel to sites in London and M25 centric.
