Job Description Make your mark as a Senior Planner for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. As a Senior Planner you shall provide comprehensive planning services to the overall business, including Operations, Projects and Corporate ensuring all department and project planning requirements are satisfied. Further, you will ensure the business utilises the planning function correctly, maintains customer focus and adheres to core values, process and procedure. Your responsibilities as a Senior Planner: Responsible for providing a complete planning service to the Operations Department, identifying the key activities and actions required to achieve the project milestones and Contract Control Schedule. Assist with department resources according to workload. To maintain and co-ordinate the planning process for the Department and Projects. Preparation of Project schedules including any tidal and weather allowances. Compilation of documentation for timings of projects Planned vs Actual analysis. Qualifications You can make your mark as a Senior Planner if you have: HNC/HND in Business Management, Engineering or similar. Minimum five years' work experience in a relevant planning role. Working knowledge as a Project Planner in the Subsea/Oil and Gas industry, including knowledge of terminology used. Experience using P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen. We offer a hybrid working policy. Full/part-time job: The position of Senior Planner is full time, 35 hours per week.
