Senior Planning & Capacity Manager - 2 Year Fixed Term Contract Here at evoke, we're looking for an experienced Senior Planning and Capacity (Quarterly Planning) Manager. This is a pivotal role coordinating the Programme Increment (PI) (Quarterly Planning), across Product & Technology and our stakeholders. You'll ensure best in class practices are in place and the planning process continually strives for valuable outcomes. You'll support a culture of continuous improvement, driving the team to improve their planning processes and become more efficient. You'll have experience navigating change effectively, adapting to evolving priorities, and leading the delivery unit through periods of transformation, focusing on future benefits. What you will be doing: Programme Increment (PI) Planning (Quarterly planning), working in partnership with the wider operations team to ensure we have a robust PI Planning process in place across Product & Technology and all our stakeholders. Design, implement, and manage the quarterly PI Planning process. Capacity Planning, building, embedding and owning a capacity planning process with the Delivery Leadership team. Developing and implementing a capacity planning framework tailored to organisational needs. Agile Coaching, responsible for coaching participants of PI Planning at various levels of the organisation. Influencing other leaders to participate in the process, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, understanding and driving how we educate and upskill the entire group on these new processes. Continuous Improvement, gathering feedback and refining planning processes based on lessons learned and performance metrics whilst staying informed about industry best practices in capacity and agile planning. Driving and translating the PI Planning outcomes into JIRA roadmaps to ensure transparency on all plans across Product & Technology. Building strong relationships with product, technology, and delivery leaders and acting as an advocate for the planning processes, ensuring buy-in at all levels. Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership. Who we are looking for: We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply for this post, you will have: Proven PI Planning (Quarterly Planning) experience in a large organisation with an understanding of capacity planning methodologies and tools. Ability to coach people involved in PI Planning at various levels from Developers to Director level. The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a large and diverse delivery organisation. Exceptional communication skills are essential for clear direction and stakeholder management. Experience leading planning sessions and workshops, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders with proficiency in conflict resolution and managing competing priorities.
