A niche Chartered Surveying & Decarbonisation Engineering Consultancy, that operates within the Renewable Energy & Commercial Real Estate sectors, are looking to recruit a Senior Planning Officer to join their Land Acquisition & Development team.
Working with the MD and the Development Management team, as a Senior Planning Officer you will be based from an office in London Euston and 1 day a week from home.
Your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate land assessments and pre-planning aspects related to Solar, Wind and Battery Storage developments. You will then lead on the preparation, submission, and management of several planning applications.
This is an exciting and varied role providing an opportunity for the right candidate, with UK Planning experience, to develop a career in the Green Energy / Renewable Energy sector with an ambitious and growing Consultancy.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of between 50k-65k, Contributory Pension, 25 DH a Discretionary Bonus, ongoing training & career development.
