Its highly regarded Planning team advises a range of private and public sector clients on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental matters including issues relating to the leisure and tourism industry, land development, ecological issues and pollution and contaminated land to name but a few.
Working in a supportive and collaborative team, you will be involved in a range of high-quality planning work including regeneration projects, planning applications and appeals.
The role would suit a solicitor or legal executive with at least two years post qualification experience in this challenging and often complex area of law.
