We are seeking a Senior Platform and Infrastructure Specialist to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, focusing on cloud datacentre services. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Datacentre to Cloud product team, supporting Greggs in continuing to modernise our technical services by migrating services into cloud based scalable and agile platforms, and implementing robust ongoing management and provisioning processes, ensuring resilience, scalability and security for all of our internally hosted services. About you

You will fit right into this role if you: Are passionate about using technology to best achieve business objectives and improve services Have expert knowledge in server management, infrastructure and best practice Have extensive experience in public cloud technology, and in deploying hosted services into public cloud, particularly Azure Have experience of operating in a hybrid data centre environment, or supporting migration from on premise services to cloud Have strong knowledge around Infrastructure and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS and Group policy Have good working knowledge of public cloud good practices and architectures, such as cost management approaches, monitoring approaches and landing zone architecture Have a proactive can-do attitude and will enjoy contributing towards an adaptive, fun and creative environment Have demonstrable experience of knowledge sharing with, and coaching of, colleagues to drive technical upskilling Have experience of building trust and highly effective working relationships with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organisation It would be advantageous if you had any of the following: Direct experience of using IaC technologies, particularly Terraform Experience of Azure DevOps, particularly Azure Pipelines Experience of Azure networking technologies and approaches Experience of working in an Agile environment About Greggs
