This team is responsible for leading our clients on a journey from insights to experience transformation and typically provides clients with the following services: discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement.

Who we are looking for: A passionate and motivated Senior Platform Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, at the heart of digital transformation, focused on understanding client challenges and driving opportunities to enhance customer experience, insight, operations and data quality using cloud platforms technology. In addition, an ambitious mindset to contribute towards the development and growth of the practice. Note: This role is UK based and may require UK domestic travel, as the need arises. The candidate should be also capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organizations. Responsibilities: Early client-engagement, discovery workshops, shaping proposals, and building business cases for platform projects with customers. Leading requirements gathering, analysis, and shaping a team to deliver solution mapping and design, configuration implementation, validation, and deployment within a platform engagement, such as Salesforce. Undertake ownership of necessary documentation such as requirements, process flows, data mapping, configuration worksheets, benefits maps etc. Understanding and eliciting key business and IT drivers, working with the Stakeholders to arrive at platform strategy, including recommending the right platform for the customer’s needs. Collaborate with the different platform vendors in defining the right solution(s) and articulating how they meet business needs. Managing project/program communications and governance to ensure the customer is engaged and updated on progress. Perform quality assurance on deliverables, ensuring they align to the customer’s requirements. Requirements: Proven sales experience from prior client engagements in platform transformation. Exemplary stakeholder management, and the ability to build lasting partnerships and become trusted advisors to our customers. Prior professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in capturing requirements, identifying benefits and improvements, facilitating workshops, and documenting business processes. At least 3 years of relevant experience and relevant certifications in CRM / Customer Platforms e.g. Salesforce / SAP / ServiceNow. Proven track record in requirement analysis, solution mapping/design, configuration implementation, validation and deployment as part of a Platform engagement e.g. Salesforce. Previous exposure to Agile methodology. Excellent written and oral communication, and an ability to present work clearly to customers using tools such as PowerPoint, Jira, Miro, Lucid chart, Visio. Previous working exposure to Oracle / MS Dynamics / PEGA / Adobe will be an additional advantage. Benefits: 25 days of Annual leave + an option to purchase more through our Flexible Benefits.
