As a member of the Shared Business Services Team, your responsibilities will include deployment of M365 services and migration of users to the new M365 services. Deployment is well underway, but we need support as we update more users. For candidates with experience migrating SharePoint, we anticipate a longer contract period of at least 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the migration, audit capability, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based Microsoft 365 tools and services. Ensure the use of our colleague services follows automation best practices relating to account provisioning, system settings, monitoring, performance, security, and availability. Participate in service desk support efforts and collaborate with team members and customers to resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide technical knowledge, expertise, and consultancy on M365 planning. Mentor other members of the team in technical M365 skills. Qualifications

Preferred experience: M365 suite (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office Apps, Enterprise Applications, Copilots, eDiscovery, and Purview). Azure Entra ID (Active Directory) Single Sign-On (SSO) / MFA configuration and integration. InTune & AutoPilot – environment build and application configuration. Windows 11. Strong understanding of security controls around service and account provisioning, access, and auditing. Experience supporting end users with general troubleshooting. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with DevOps Procedures and processes in an Agile Environment. Complex problem-solving and analytical skills. Azure Qualifications Preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to working. Additional Information
